W. Hollis Fitch III – CEO
Hollis Fitch received his B.S. with highest honors from Texas A&M’s Dwight Look College of Engineering. Hollis started his career as an operations engineer at large scale marine power plants, then worked as a project engineer, project manager and business development manager on a number of international offshore oil platform projects. He brings his 20+ years of operations and management experience to the solar industry. Hollis is married with five children (hence the Cinco) and lives in San Antonio, Texas.
W. Hollis Fitch II – Project Manager
Hollis graduated from Texas State University in 1960. He has over 30 years experience in international project management. Mr. Fitch lives with his wife in Spring Branch, Texas.
Mike Tillman – Project Manager
Mike worked as a structural engineer for four years in the U.S. Navy with a concentration in aviation. Mike worked in retail for nearly a decade before joining Cinco Solar. He lives in San Antonio, Texas.
Steve Heard – Senior Engineer
Steve Heard graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Steve has over 25 years of engineering experience with development, design, application and support of residential and commercial HVAC systems. His career began with a major HVAC manufacturer as a project engineer in their solar group selecting and developing components for residential domestic hot water and space heating systems using flat plate solar collectors. Steve’s passion has always been with applications of renewable energy and he was fascinated with Cinco Solar’s use of evacuated tube collectors for potable water heating with large scale commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. Steve and his wife live in the hill country near Boerne, Texas.
Hugh Daschbach – Regional Sales Manager
Hugh Daschbach graduated with a B.S. in Management and Marketing from Trinity University. Hugh spent much of his career managing large-scale conferences and providing event-planning services at Trinity University. Hugh worked in several sales roles, including selling residential solar and renewable energy applications, before joining Cinco Solar. Hugh is married and lives with his wife in San Antonio, Texas.
Anne Fitch – Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Anne graduated with honors from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. Anne lives with her husband and five children in Spring Branch, Texas.
